This is what the Escient Fireball looks like from the front. You can also see the on-screen user interface. Unit has a 40G hard drive and controls Sony high-capacity CD changers and others, plays music ripped to MP3 files stored on its hard drive, and plays internet radio stations.
The Runco VXC1000 is a new, widescreen format DLP (Texas Instruments Digital Light Processing) solid state projector with a 1280x768 pixel chip and video processing box for a very bright picture (1500 ansi lumens) with very good black level and contrast. Shipping now. $16995
The Runco DR300 replaces the older VX-1CX. It delivers a better picture at a lower price ($12995) with the video controller (for improved color definition) or $8995 without the controller.
This is the Runco CL500. It's a new, entry-level DLP projector with superior Runco performance. $5995.
The Yamaha RXV3200 is a new, upper-end AV receiver. Featuring Dolby ProLogic II and all major surround decoding formats, it includes 6 AV inputs and 4 audio inputs. $1690.

This is the Yamaha Plasma/Wall AV System. It features a Yamaha 50" plasma screen with prototype flat-panel speakers and a wall-mounted AV system below the screen. Price has not been announced yet.
The Sharp 50" Plasma system is a latest-generation plasma screen with speakers, table stand and AV controller so the plasma can be used as a stand-alone TV with picture-in-picture to allow watching 2 pictures at once. $12900.

The versatile new Premier Mount PlasmaStand 1 is a stylish, floor-standing plasma mount whose shelf can hold a VCR, DVD, cable box, etc. It also allows the plasma TV to be free-standing.
